I'd say grab a copy of the Nitto catalog & look through it. They publish their bar dimensions, so you can at least get some sense of how they compare. They're also good quality handlebars, and look right on old bikes.
Their B135 is just right for me & how I like to position in the drops. The way that lower portion flares out means my inner forearm doesn't touch the top of the bar.
