>>1121126Get some proper winter gloves. Mittens would be optimal for heat but operating bikes with them is a bit awkward. It can be done but it's not the best. There are also cycling specific winter gloves like pic related. I got them for last winter and they were fine during my 45 minute commute to around -20°C. Colder than that and I switched to proper mittens.
For cold toes good overshoes or winter shoes is the way to go. To around -15°C I just use my summer cycling shoes with overshoes on my commute. On colder days I switch to regular winter shoes and ride flats. There are also some winter specific cycling shoes but I haven't gotten ones yet as the overshoes have been good enough.
If you're going for longer rides on really cold days handwarmers are awesome when thrown inside a mitten. There are also electronically heated insoles which are awesome on cold days.
