Next up is local transportation, red and green line are Metro services, taking the existing service as a nucleus. The red line would keep most of the existing track, with an extension on the south side to Kendall, and reaching the commuter line.
The green line would be mostly new, albeit a large part using the existing Tri-Rail ROW. Starting from the central station which acts as a main hub ofc, it makes a U-turn along the coast to then cross the red line, and runs along Flagler. It then branches into two, one line going towards the former Tri-Rail line, passing through the airport, and one line further along Flagler all the way to Florida International University campus.
