The rake on a Harley is ridiculous. The point is that the culture of dumbassery is what causes accidents. Kenneth Cole (pictured) can ride whatever the fuck he wants and be safe because he has enough experience that he can focus on situational awareness rather than operating the bike itself.
That's why we should have higher skill requirements rather than restricting what people can do once they're qualified.
