Septa is good, but has fucked up some dumb shit in the past. Weather it's due to incompetency or to funding problems they have cut down on some routes that use to exist in the past. Now most U.S. transit agencies have done this to a point, so maybe I can't complain to much.
Otherwise the biggest problem with Philly is the need for one or two more Subway lines. Philly currently has 3* subway lines.
