New rider here. Went down to my local bike store to check out a bike I want to get (also to get a sneaky sizing in). I showed him the bike I am interested in (a steel frame touring bike, fuji I think) and I sat down on it and he said it fit me (I'm 6'0, the frame size was L/56cm). It felt pretty good? but im not sure what I'm looking for. Also it was the only size they had in stock, so I wasn't sure if I was told that just so i buy the bike there and then.
