Bewildering because across the river, three blocks away, is St Cloud's downtown area, and the city is full of SCSU students who don't drive anywhere.
Honestly this station could double its traffic if they just got the city to route a bus between SCSU and the station, add a bit more parking, and maybe throw a couple advertisements.
