After the Gen 3 games, no more Pokémon Jets were paited, and some of the aircraft were returned to their original liveries and their interiors reuturned to normal to allow for the aircraft to service long haul international flights.
In 2010, the Pokémon Jet was revived by ANA, but as a different programme, the "Peace Jet". "Peace Jets" are specially liveried ANA aircraft which are available for charter flights, but are more set up as things for people to admire and enjoy, establishing a level of "peace".
ANA switched from painting 747s to doing it with 777s. These aircraft would still be used on some domestic flights, but they did do more international flights than their 747 predacessors. Their interiors were less Poké-fied though.
