1. if the conversation isn't about Brompton™s, find a way to make it about Brompton™s
2. try to get people to ask the price. if they don't ask, just announce it unsolicited. make sure to immediately follow up with "but it isn't about the price, it was totally worth it"
3. if there isn't a conversation, start one, so you can proceed to step (1)
4. remember that it's not a conversation about Brompton™s unless you complete step (2). if the person starts to run away, chase after them and yell the price. if they were too fast for you, yell the price at anyone within earshot and practice more so this doesn't happen again
5. it is acceptable to start with step (2) if the person sees you coming towards them for no reason and gets scared right away
6. riding the Brompton™ is unnecessary. however if you do insist on riding it, make sure to only ride it in situations where you can complete steps (1) and (2) multiple times per hour. obviously an hour is far too long to be on or near any bike, but keep in mind just standing there with your Brompton™ accosting random pedestrians is allowed to count
