I finally found the lowest stack headset you can find in stock at a store in the UK. A 15€ headset ended up costing more than double due to shipping and Brexit fees and then when it got here and I finally installed it...this beautiful matching fork I'd found for sale near me is still about 4mm too short. That top lock nut you see is not actually threaded in. Terrible. It makes it even worse when the seller advertised it as 21cm steerer, which would be perfect, but it's actually 18cm
