>>1133457The Adelaide trams are Citadises. A casual browse of the wikipedia page also returned St. Petersburg and Rotterdam which both seem to have old tram networks. I'm not sure how much either of them have reworked their track.
Railpage commentators have pointed out before that the Citadises were really made for European light rails. They are more of a mistake from an era of two competing operators just after privatisation than anything else. They actively compete with the Combinos because they're both low floor but with totally different traction systems.
