The SN trains would run on Key system tracks, coming from the Bay Bridge and then on 40th street until Shafter Ave., just before Broadway. There it turned left onto its own track on Shafter Ave, until eventually reaching its own ROW. Once off city streets, trains would reach impressive speeds of up to 60 mph.
