Pic related is a geometry overlay of the CAAD13 56cm and 58cm alligned at the bottom bracket.
As you can see it's just a matter of removing some spacers and using a 6mm shorter stem to get identical fit on the 58cm as on the 56cm.

The 56 vs 58 diference isn't that important as long as you get different stems for fine tuning, you're just too brainlet to understand.
