The buss lane will be empty most of the time, so if the bike lane is level with the bus lane, cyclists can use the bus lane for overtaking other cyclists and the width of the bike lane itself is less necessary. Maybe you could make it even narrower and give the space to the bike lane on the other side too, it might be hard to get past others there, but I am a bit worried about getting the busses too close to the cyclists as well.
