Everything looks flimsy and cheap and you can just tell that it's all facades flimsier than a sacrificial mythbusters filmset in the desert. People always say the same thing about lotus car interiors. Light is always creaky and all and it just doesn't mesh with this art deco style because monometalism is what it is all about.
