>>959163For the tandem, the Xtracycle is really nice when heading to the beach. It's very practical. It can easily haul more than what two people need for an afternoon. Regarding the brake cable (and the rear shifter cable for the internal hub), you can buy them on ebay all day long for under $10. Off the top of my head, the brake cable is 3500mm and the shifter cable is 4000mm.
I scored the pantographed chain ring on eBay. The listing had a slight error when the Italian guy translated into English so I was the only bidder.
My Paramount is a really nice ride. I have come to really enjoy the straight front fork and how precise the bike is.
