Holy shit guise. I know TS2018 is overpriced as fuck (it's like 23 bucks the game with three routes, and 20-30 bucks each additional route). But there's a Sacramento Northern route which includes the stretch starting in San Francisco from the transbay terminal and across the oakland bay bridge, all of this set in the late 30's-early 40's. And it includes realistic period signalling on the bridge. So far I've only played the introductory mission on and around San Francisco and the bridge, but apparently there's even some street running in the other towns. Graphics are nothing to write home about, but reasonably good, and the environment is very detailed.
The 30 bucks this thing cost me were well worth it.
