The Boeings would just flat out break down constantly due to it being a design-by-committee shitfest in conjunction with MUNI (to the point they had to hide cannibalized cars in unused/hidden sections of tunnel), and the Bredas middle sections kept derailing because IIRC apparently nobody thought to inform them that one of the oldest subway systems in the world has a few unconventional sharp corners to take (it WAS designed with PCCs in mind)
