Being someone who has grown up in South Jersey, good examples of this are:
Haddonfield
Pitman
Collingswood
Glassboro (70% of it)
The Good part of Millville
Cape May
Hammonton
Bordentown
Egg Harbor
And surprisingly one of the most poor towns in NJ, Salem
Bad examples of suburbs:
Washington Township
Cherry Hill
Lindenwold
Moorsetown
Medford
Anything close to the Deptford Mall
Marlton
Also Nuke Turnersville from space
