It'd be really nice if they avoided building too much surface parking and tried to weave it into the surrounding neighborhood. Now, it could be good or bad depending on funding burdens and mechanisms.
Personally, I like Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Field, which is surrounded by Hopkins lovely campus and fits seamlessly into the surrounding Charles Village neighborhood.
