Give it a throttle and let it go faster and you've just got an electric motorcycle. People don't want ANY e-bikes on MUPs and mtb trails because they think they're all dangerous or are going to tear up the trail. The industry is moving in a direction where we can categorize e-bikes into different classes and it's clear that they won't really go much faster than a normal bike, and are therefore safe to use in all places where normal bikes are used. But then retards keep buying hub motors on aliexpress and retrofitting them to their shitty bikes and basically give e-bikes a bad name while they zip around at 30mph+ and can barely stop because their $10 v-brake with bare pads can't fucking handle it. These shit heads think they're so smart because they made their bike go so fast, but every single home-done e-bike conversion I've ever seen is a fucking shit show.
