Technically breaking the rules of OP but here's the PS Ryde, a paddle steamer owned by Southern Railway that used to be a floating nightclub and been sitting abandoned on the Isle of Wight since the 1980s. Scrapping started in 2010 but halted. The ship now exists in a legal limbo of sorts as the harbor authority is trying to hold off on scrapping it if they can find someone to buy the ship and restore it.
