The closest we have now is a circular feature at the university with no intersection that has parking on one side. There was a segment for 10 times around it that I accidentally discovered after one ride. After I got the KOM the person who made the segment deleted it or made it private.
There is also an oval courtyard that I do laps around from time to time when it is deserted.
