Cops don't know what to do about it, it's hillarious. They're always trying to block roads, guide or even split the bulk but fail comically. One of the participants has a massive soundsystem on a bike trailer, he playes "sound of the police" and shit when they're bitchin. I'll suggest benny hill music the next time.
The highlight is always blocking the cities biggest 3 lane round about fully with bikes.
