hard to know what 'not complete shit' means
what kit? bbshd?
As far as suspension goes, it's totally unnecessary unless you're mtbing. Front and especially rear. The point of suspension is to keep the wheel located on the ground on rough terrain. It's not comfort. If you want comfort, that's much better achieved with wider supple tires and a compliant frame.
Suspension onroad is just unnecessary things to break, unnecessary weight and you lose energy bouncing up and down pedaling on it. It's bad.
The best way to install disc brakes, is to buy a nice new rigid fork with disc mounts, and a new front disc wheel, and leave the rear brake a cable rim brake. That actually makes your e-bike conversion easier, as you can run a cable actuated motor cutoff sensor off your back brake, and have the upgraded hydraulic front brake. The front brake is the much more important one anyway.
You're also going to want to totally overhaul the bike and likely upgrade other things about it too. You could not do the brake/fork conversion and just upgrade your rim brakes and set them up well, and that's good enough.
>is it worth it probably but something like pic related would make a good base too.
