Now it's ruined and no one will ever fucking use it because who the hell is gonna walk all the way through Chinatown and Callowhill to walk along a path that takes them nowhere.
Tourists aren't gonna make that effort.
They even designed it purposefully so that you can't comfortably bike along it.
