There are more titanium frame building factory in china then taiwan, but the taiwanese make all the high end ones we see in euro or us. (i saw taiwanese titanium frame builder align the frames by laser with 0.01mm tolerance: how cool is that) whereas the chinese make the kind of titanum frame with weird geometry that won't sell on amazon even for half price. My guess: the chineses focus more on titanium for motorbike, airplane and car market then bicycle.
