how the fuck do I fix this ?

I ride a giant tcx, set up as a gravel bike.
the fit is on the relaxed side of things.

My Brooks Cambium c15 is comfy. It feels rock hard to the hand, but with your ass weight on it it has a nice springiness and flex. Though the surface texture is a double edged sword; prevents you from sliding into an uncomfortable position, but will shred coarse fabric like denim.
