as you can see from the fact that I am wearing a £60 Wilson tracksuit to pedal my 8 yr old Bolshie-red Raleigh Airlite 300, which was a sensible £750 pound investment, I am totally just a down to earth regular guy wearing regular clothes, i totally didn't special order, like my aforementioned Wilson tracksuit I got on sale from a gloomy and tired looking tennis shop in putney, staffed by an obscure bald man, with a filipino bride 30 years his junior. Why in fact I haven't carefully planned every aspect of my cyclist image to resemble what I imagine a bookshop owner would look like if he took up cycling. this is what the my grandfather called, "looking the part" . It's not at all a fashion accessory just like my £70 casio watch my dipsy wife brought me, I hate the daft thing, but I wear it to show my wife that I care, even though I take it off when I actually meet anyone to avoid looking like a cheap git.
Substance over style is my motto, this is why I like Marxism, and wanted to install it in the UK, so everyone can ride a Raleigh and Wilson tracksuits and be the same. because choice is indulgence.
