First of all, YES I KNOW its a retarded idea. However I'm bored and got a fork for free. This is for FUN.
Anyways, I got a RockShox Recon, 140mm with 29er wheels. I wanna put it on a Poseidon Redwood.
If I understand it correctly here is my best course of action
>Lower travel of fork to 80mm (100mm might be max given year of fork)
>Swap front wheel to 650b
I think even then I'll be like 2 inches higher than the stock fork. Is that OK??
Picrel is literally what my bike looks like right now it's really really funny. And to be honest the handling while shit isn't as bad as I expected
