The STAR doesn't go to NODIY. For that runway, the STAR only goes to PRINO. At PRINO (actually a couple miles before it) ATC starts giving you vectors to line up with with runway. To simulate this, give yourself vectors using your Navigation Display, to line up for the ILS.
When you reach NODIY, you should *already* be navigating via the localizer and glideslope, and the next (relevant) waypoint after NODIY is the runway.
ATC vectors occur between PRINO and NODIY, not after reaching NODIY
