just got done freshing the gears up
old set up was two chain rings and five sprokets -did 10,000 km on it so it was getting a bit worn (old chain kmg z51)
new set up is three chain rings and six sprokets -derailleur jockeys replaced (new chain kmg z92)
still have the handle bars left to fix (front v brake is connected four finger lever - poor modulation but very strong stoping)
I hang a bike lock of the combined reflecter/single led + fresnel lens
and converted seat bolt to quick release
