It doesn't matter how good Japan, China, Germany, France, Britain, Russia, Italy, Spain, Mexico, India, Iran, Israel, Mozambique, or Ecuador is at managing state run rail systems, the American government has illustrated that it can't. Hell the American government can't properly manage the most basic of social programs.
