no "work clothes" for me, I just dress casually and I use the same clothes to ride. When it rains I wear rainproof pants and coat over my clothes and leave them to dry at work.

rain proof clothes are totally worth it. I've never installed fenders on any of my bikes because of it. Of course, it doesn't snow here so I only have to deal with rain.
