>>1255196What's more important than your nuts hitting the tube is if you can set your bike up so that you have the proper reach, that the handlebars are at a comfortable width, and your legs are in the right position on the pedals. You could always go for women's bikes. Usually they don't differ very much if at all from men's bike geometry. They'll usually come with shorter stems and narrower handlebars. I actually like the feel of narrower handlebars more than the idiotically wide ones that I'm supposed to have because I'm a large lad with wide shoulders.
