>>1306534>>1306535yes, the hand position was trying to get in a position ideal for track since i used to hang around the velodrome quite a lot earlier this year, i still had the mtb lever, the position stuck as i find it quite comfy and good to rest on; i do want to try out some flashy or leather bar tape specially fizik (they seem to be the best)but i believe it should be in line with the rest of the bike to look right (which means i might paint it yellow or some traditional colour one day)
>>1306539>>1306547>>1306559They're Logan lh-422k bars, the only drop bars i think logan supplies to my country and are used quite often as replacement for old school Caloi 10s and the such (don't go well with their more sport and leisure models tho), and for that they replicate the geometry quite well i think, never saw a national-production original really; the reason i bought them is that it was the only steel drop bar i could find on my region that wasn't covered in rust from the inside out, the brake levers it came with are apparently from a different brand but often sold along with it. Replaced them for those levers with actual hood and internal cable a while ago and it was a pleasure, even if they dont go along very well the hoods are still a welcome hand position addition and i found i can sprint very whell when holding them by the sides
i raised the levers a bit now, to a point i still can reach well from the drops if necessary (pic related) and managed to remove the tape without damaging it, there's this clean half of it that wasn't exposed to my hands that i will use as the outer side next time i apply them again.
>>1306562>plus have you seen his bike it's pretty stupid/awesomeay thank you, it has come a long way
