As usual thin black line is commuter rail. You'll notice the Tri-Rail line is gone, instead the commuter line would now use the CSX (I think) track, the one used by brightline. The other line would be partly converted to Metro Rail service, with a short extension towards Hollywood Beach.
To the south the train ought to reach Homestead, about as far as the urban area goes. Plus a short branch to Miami Executive Airport.
Both lines would reach miami central, the obvious choice for a commuter station.
