I would like to look at Melbourne and make a fantasy network, adding new lines and stations, adding some branches, until most of the metro area is accessible by train. Then, work on expanding into the country with major stations at Ballarat, Bendigo, Warrnambool, Traralgon, Albury-Wodonga, Echuca, Mildura and Horsham.
