there's a few reports of it breaking but that was years and years ago with people riding mtb, maybe didn't have the proper clamping hardware for the rails etc
even if you get debonding where the rails attach to the shell, you can glue them back yourself or just replace the saddle because it's only the price of a few inner tubes
