>>1132714The difference between this loop and the Melbourne's is that it's easy for trains to get to stabling after running through the City Loop. They simply run towards North Melbourne which has metro stabling, to wait for the PM peak. Some will also run back to the outer suburbs to be stabled and run light loads into the city and heavy loads out during the PM peak.
On the other hand, pic related (which I presume you're talking about) looks like a nightmare of train traffic.
