I love closed roads. While out riding yesterday evening I came across a section of normally busy road under construction. With the workers gone for the day I had it all to myself.
This pedestrian bridge is an anomaly here. Its the only dedicated ped bridge over a roadway in the entire city. Its pretty steep with a tight 180 bend on each end. Limited ways under / over the local motorway and most of them suck due to being narrow with high traffic.
