Yeah!
Idk everything works decent, Shimano Sora shifters and they're the best working ones I've ever used. Mechanical dick brakes, kinda weak, I can't hold a long skid with them, but they stop the bike fine
I was able to put on 35mm tires and there's still room, probably could fit a 38mm front if I file the extra chunk of steerer tube.
