Did some further combing through my local Craigslist-like websites and there is nothing good available. The bikes are either stupidly overpriced or were previously owned by +6'2 dudes.
Could you anons tell me what you think about the catalogue of a small physical shop in my area? From what I gathered everywhere in Japan proper bikes are at minimum slightly overpriced, although shimano parts are easily available and affordable.
