Install cleats - 5Nm torque wrench, per cleat manual.
Click, Click, Click, Crack. 1 out of 4 screws stripped shoe thread and cracked plate.
Plates not replaceable, sealed in place.
What options do i have anyways.exe - get ready to cut insole - cutout already threre, tack glued in one spot, plate box basically open to elements and shoe inside.
Luckily i could flip the plate to use other two mount holes, but it's still bent and cracked, ridiculously thin and soft metal. I hope shimano plates fit.
Stuff like this is what you get when you cheap out.
