Had a pretty gud one today. Went to Marken, a small town in NL which serves mostly domestic tourism a bit north from where I live. All in all it was 42 KM.
Once I got there, I sat down, ordered a pint of beer and the check, downed the shit out of it in about 5 minutes, and headed back. Waitress was a total QT with thick, sexy legs and very short shorts... it's surprising what cycling-as-a-daily-thing does to a woman's figure.
On the way back there were FUCKING CLOUDS of insects. I managed to get back home while swallowing only one of them. Dozens of them got tangled up in my hairy arms, though. I also saw a wild pheasant, a dude milking his cows, and a bunch of traditional dutch farm things, such as Teslas and BMWs.
