I'm applying for this sort of work myself and I think I would have to get a backpack like pic related which is standard for the company I'm applying to. So they must think it's good enough, I guess. But whether there are occasional spillages I don't know. I guess you'd like to think that the restaurants would secure their food containers properly so there's no spillage.
