>>1550089That's why you get a chain lock like kryptonites evolution chains and lock both wheels. I take my nice road bike for shopping trips to the city(eu capital) and it is effectively joggerproof.
I remove the front wheel and both thru-axles, turn the bike upside down and lock the wheels and frame to anything metal attached to the ground under asphalt.
The only thing that a jogger could steal is the seatpost + seat, which would be rather inconvenient to remove if the bike is upside down.
