We see something that benefits a certain group of people but ostracizes another, much like fascism.
These groups are usually created from some arbitrary trait such as drug use, race, or simply the kind of clothing and lifestyle the people chose; hardly ever are the actual violent people punished (government) and even the individual violent criminals in those countries get off very easily and you are literally not allowed to defend yourself, to the point where they teach women to let men rape them if they are attacked because if you injure your attacker you will be held liable for their injuries. Especially if you are white and they are not.. i know someone who intervened an attack on women by a certain type of person and this acquaintance of mine did a year in prison for protecting the women.
