I do kinda understand tapered forks for MTB, but there's no sense to use them on road.I tought the same thing until I bought my first road bike - with 25mm of traction fork flex is almost a bigger issue on road than on mtb when descending.
27.5", unlike fork/axle flex, is an absolute meme doe. absolutly no proof that its better than 26" its jsut good ol planned obsolence.
