When you say "low-intensity cycling has more health benefits than high-intensity cycling", do you mean to say that pro cyclists do 80% of their training at low intensity to build their aerobic base? I tried looking up "low intensity vs high intensity cycling" and that's really all I could find. Can you point out any specific articles talking about low vs high intensity cycling?
Also I just downloaded Friel's book, and I've skimmed the TOC without luck... can you point to a specific chapter in pic related?
